Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship to all addresses within New Zealand, including rural delivery. Please note that rural delivery may take additional time.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Rural delivery: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
