FarmFab3D Random Acts of 3D Printed Kindness Monthly Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is FarmFab3D, New Zealand (“FarmFab3D”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Enquiries about the giveaway can be submitted through the Contact page at www.farmfab3d.co.nz.

2. Giveaway period

The first monthly giveaway opens at 12:00am on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.

Unless FarmFab3D announces otherwise, a new giveaway period will begin at 12:00am on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59pm on the final day of that month.

All times and dates are based on New Zealand time.

Each monthly giveaway is treated as a separate draw. FarmFab3D may discontinue future monthly draws by updating the giveaway page, but the conditions of a draw already underway will not be changed.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open only to people who:

• are aged 18 years or older;

• ordinarily reside in New Zealand;

• have personally received a genuine FarmFab3D Random Act of 3D Printed Kindness gift; and

• provide a valid email address and the requested information about where they received their gift.

FarmFab3D, anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is required, and there is no charge to enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible person must complete the giveaway entry form on the FarmFab3D Kindness page during the applicable monthly entry period.

Entrants must provide:

• a valid email address;

• the business, location or event where they received their gift;

• the town or city where they received it;

• a description of the gift they received; and

• confirmation that they personally received a FarmFab3D Kindness gift.

Only one entry per person is permitted in each monthly draw.

Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be removed. Entries received outside the applicable monthly entry period will not be included in that draw.

Receiving more than one Kindness gift does not create additional entries for the same person during the same monthly draw.

5. Prize

Each monthly draw has one prize consisting of NZD $100 in FarmFab3D promotional store credit.

The promotional credit:

• can be redeemed for eligible products available from FarmFab3D;

• cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;

• cannot be sold or transferred to another person;

• cannot be used to purchase another gift card or store credit;

• does not cover delivery or shipping charges;

• is subject to product availability; and

• expires three months after the date it is issued.

If an order exceeds $100, the winner must pay the remaining balance and any applicable delivery charges.

Any unused credit remaining after its expiry date will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for using the credit before it expires.

FarmFab3D may replace the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

6. Winner selection

One eligible winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during each monthly giveaway period.

The September 2026 winner will be drawn within three business days after entries close and no later than 5 October 2026.

Subsequent monthly winners will be drawn within three business days after the end of the relevant calendar month.

The draw will be conducted by FarmFab3D. The result of the random draw is final, except where an entry is found to be invalid or ineligible.

7. Winner notification and claiming the prize

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.

The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the notification email and may be asked to confirm their eligibility and entry information.

If the selected winner:

• cannot be contacted;

• does not respond within seven calendar days;

• does not provide any reasonably requested verification; or

• is found to be ineligible,

their entry will be disqualified and another winner may be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

The promotional credit will be issued after the winner’s eligibility has been confirmed.

FarmFab3D will never require a winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.

8. Entry verification

This giveaway is intended for genuine recipients of FarmFab3D Kindness gifts.

FarmFab3D may verify an entry using the information supplied by the entrant, including the gift received and the business, location or event through which it was distributed.

FarmFab3D may disqualify an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant did not personally receive a genuine FarmFab3D Kindness gift or provided false or misleading information.

9. Privacy and email communications

Information submitted through the giveaway form will be collected and used to:

• administer the monthly giveaway;

• verify eligibility;

• contact the selected winner;

• deliver the prize; and

• maintain reasonable records relating to the draw.

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe the entrant to FarmFab3D marketing emails.

An entrant will receive promotional or marketing emails only if they separately and expressly choose to subscribe. Marketing consent is not required to enter and does not affect the entrant’s chance of winning.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law and the FarmFab3D Privacy Policy.

Entrants may contact FarmFab3D to request access to or correction of their personal information.

10. General conditions

FarmFab3D may reject or disqualify entries involving tampering, automated entry methods, false information, misuse of the entry process or conduct that undermines the fair operation of the giveaway.

If circumstances outside FarmFab3D’s reasonable control prevent a monthly draw from operating as intended, FarmFab3D may suspend or cancel that draw where reasonably necessary. Any such decision will be communicated on the Kindness page.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
