About this product

Quickly identify and compare internal or external corner radii with these individually sized metric radius gauges.

Available as either a concave or convex set, each option includes 30 separate gauges covering radii from R1 through to R30 in 1 mm increments. Every gauge is individually marked, making it easy to select the required size and return it to the fitted storage box after use.

Choose the concave set for checking rounded outside edges, the convex set for checking inside corners, or purchase the complete pair for both applications.

Available options:

Concave set – White: Used to check rounded outside or convex edges
Convex set – Grey: Used to check inside corners and concave profiles
Complete pair: Includes both R1–R30 sets and two storage boxes

Each individual set includes:

30 individually marked radius gauges
Sizes R1 through R30
Metric sizes in 1 mm increments
One fitted storage base
One labelled protective lid
Organised upright storage for quick gauge selection

Ideal for:

Woodworking and furniture making
CAD and 3D-printing reference work
Pattern making and fabrication
Checking routed and sanded corners
Product design and prototyping
Workshop layout and comparison work

How to use:

Select a gauge and place its curved profile against the corner or edge being checked. Try neighbouring sizes until the curve closely matches the workpiece. Viewing the contact area against a light background can make any gaps easier to identify.

Important information:

These 3D-printed gauges are intended as practical workshop reference and comparison tools. They are not certified inspection or engineering measuring instruments.

Minor layer lines and small cosmetic variations are a normal part of 3D printing. PLA should be kept away from high temperatures and should not be left in a hot vehicle.
