Custom 3D-Printed Wall Lettering for Signs

Create bold, professional signage with custom 3D-printed wall letters made especially for your business, workshop, office, event or home.

Each letter is printed individually at a substantial 20 mm depth, producing attractive shadows that help the lettering stand out from the wall. Choose your wording, letter sizes, font and colour to create a sign that suits your space.

The FarmFab3D sign shown in the photographs demonstrates a mixture of 150 mm and 200 mm letters mounted directly onto a white wall using double-sided tape.

Sizes and pricing

• 150 mm-tall letters: $12 each
• 200 mm-tall letters: $15 each
• Standard letter depth: 20 mm
• Minimum order: $45
• Other sizes are available by quotation

Letter width varies depending on the character and selected font. Particularly wide characters, complex fonts, logos or symbols may require an individual quotation due to differences in material use and printing time.

Pricing example

The FarmFab3D sign shown contains:

• 3 × 200 mm letters at $15 each = $45
• 6 × 150 mm letters at $12 each = $72

Total for the nine-letter sign: $117 plus shipping

This example includes the printed letters only. Optional mounting tape is available for an additional $5 per complete sign.

Minimum order

A minimum order value of $45 applies to custom wall lettering. This covers design preparation, font setup, layout creation and customer approval before printing.

For shorter names or individual letters below the minimum value, the total order price will still be $45.

How to order

Select your required letter size and set the product quantity to the number of letters needed. Spaces do not count as letters and are not charged.

In the order notes, please include:

• The exact wording required
• Which letters should be 150 mm or 200 mm
• Your preferred font or general style
• Your chosen colour
• Whether mounting tape is required
• Any special layout instructions

A digital layout will be prepared and sent to you for approval before printing begins. Production will not begin until the wording, layout and final price have been confirmed.

Installation

The FarmFab3D example was installed using double-sided mounting tape.

For best results, letters should be mounted on a clean, dry and smooth indoor surface. Adhesive performance will depend on the tape and wall finish. Some adhesives may mark or damage painted surfaces when removed, so testing in an inconspicuous area is recommended.

Mounting tape is optional, allowing you to select an alternative adhesive or fixing method suitable for your wall.

Material and finish

Standard letters are 3D printed in PLA and are intended primarily for indoor use.

Minor layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen.
